When we give a shopper a mystery shop to perform, we want to know that the shop will be performed correctly and timely. We want shoppers that are serious about performing shops, and have a good idea of what mystery shopping is all about. We have found that shoppers that take the time to inform themselves about the industry are more dependable and provide a better product for our clients. Shoppers receive vital information to help them further themselves in the business of mystery shopping; not just with Reality Check, but with all mystery shopping companies that they do business with. In doing so, we receive access to shoppers who are knowledgeable and dependable.
Am I guaranteed assignments if I purchase the Guidebook? The simple answer is no. You DO NOT have to purchase our Guidebook to receive assignments from us. The Guidebook is intended to enhance your training & knowledge about Mystery Shopping. We can not guarantee you will receive an assignment from us. Depending on where you live, and how much business we have in your area, you may or may not receive an assignment from us. But, we do give priority to shoppers who have completed Silver & Gold MSPA Certification, and shoppers that have attained training with our Guidebook. We perform mystery shops all over the U.S., and some parts of Canada. But whether or not you perform shops for us, you will find the Guidebook helpful in understanding the industry. No matter how long you have been a mystery shopper, you will learn something from the material. It will enable you be a better and more informed shopper when you perform mystery shops for other companies.
